Andrés Aruani graduated as a lawyer in 1990 from the Faculty of Legal and Social Sciences at the University of Mendoza. In 1991, he received a postgraduate degree in Corporate Legal Advisory from the University de Mendoza and from 1995 to 1997 he undertook his Doctorate in International Studies at the Law Faculty of the University of Barcelona, Spain.
He was Senior Lawyer at the Estudio Vila law firm from 1997 to 1999 and head of the Administrative Law area of the Legal Department at Obras Sanitarias Mendoza from 1999 to 2008. From 2008 to 2009 he was the Manager of Administrative Law at Supercanal S.A., and in 2010 became Manager of Legal Affairs at EDEMSA.
