Maria Lucila Seco is a lawyer, she graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina in 2015. In 2020 she obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from New York University, NY, USA.
In addition, during 2022-2023 she worked as an international visiting associate in the capital markets team at Shearman and Sterling LLP, in New York. She has worked for several years in tier-1 law firms in Argentina where she advised local and foreign companies in corporate matters, mergers, acquisitions, financings, and other corporate transactions. She was admitted at the Bar of the City of Buenos Aires in 2015.
